McKinley Elementary School had a special guest .
It was Ronald McDonald.
He talked about the It's Book Time program that McDonalds sponsors. It is very important that you read. Read with feeling and excitement is more fun. The library has so many books for you to choose from. He showed us some things he found in books like magic tricks and making puppets. It is very important to take care of the books you read. You should use bookmarks, don't write or mark or color in books (unless it is a coloring book), and wash your hands before you handle books. Most of all you should read a little everyday. He also visited our School library and talked to the class about how important it is to read.
